邓小平新时期社会治安综合治理思想探析

摘　　要：社会治安实行综合治理,既是保证我国长治久安的战略方针,也是一项改造社会、改造人类的具有深远意义的社会系统工程。在新形势下要完成这样一个具有长期性、广泛性、复杂性和综合性的艰巨的历史任务,必须遵循其自身的特点和规律,提出切实可行的措施。本文运用邓小平改革开放理论的方法论研究其社会治安综合治理思想,提出新形势下做好社会治安综合治理工作的具体对策。Comprehensive administration of social security is a strategic policy for long-term social stability as well as a profound social systematic project of reforming society and mankind, which penetrates every historical developing stage of China＇s modernization construction and involves every field and level of our society. In such a new situation, in order to accomplish this arduous long-term historical task with universality, complexity and comprehensiveness, we must follow its characteristics and laws and put forward practical and feasible measures to guarantee its efficient and orderly operation. From the angle of DENG Xiao-ping＇s theory of reform and opening-up to the outside world and comprehensive administration of social security, this paper analyzes the relationship between the two and puts forward the concrete measures to comprehensively administrate social security.
