西部制度体系的特殊性研究

摘　　要：通过对西部现有制度体系中的正式制度和非正式制度的分析,阐明西部现有制度体系的特殊性由其正式制度的民族性、不完备性与非正式制度的多元性、惰性共同构成,同时也表明构建一个保持西部经济社会持续快速健康发展的全新的制度体系是一个长期而艰巨的工程。Through the analysis on the official and unofficial systems of the existing systems of western China, this paper illuminates that the particularity of the existing western systems consists of nationality and imperfection of official systems and diversity and inertia of unofficial systems, and that it must be long-term and arduous work to construct a new system which can keep sustainable, fast and healthy development of the western economy and society.
