摘  要:目的为解决成人教育中学生“学完一科丢一科”的问题,提高学生的综合素质,创建“医学基础课程立体滚动式教学法”模式.方法由几门基础医学课程的任课教师共同参与,采取滚动渐进的教学过程.结果有92.7%的学生持支持和感兴趣的态度,并提高了单科结束成绩、实习前单科复考成绩、生化平均成绩,与对照组比较有显著统计学意义(P<0.01).结论“立体滚动式教学”的应用,可以促进教师的知识更新和教学水平的提高,并可解决学生"学完一科丢一科"的问题.Objective To break the vicious circle in which students forget the knowledge in a course after they have finished that course, and to improve the students' comprehensive qualities by creating the chain teaching method in basic medical courses. Methods The chain teaching method was adopted with the joint participation of teachers responsible for the basic medical courses, and when one course was finished another course followed with the step-by-step progressive process. Results 92.7% of the students supported and showed interest in this new teaching method. They got significantly higher scores in the final examinations and the reexaminations of the related single courses, and higher average so, ores in biochemistry tests compared with those of control group (P 〉0. 01 ). Conclusion The chain-teaching method can help to promote teachers' knowledge updating and improve their teaching level and at the same time remove the above-mentioned vicious circle in students' learning.
