摘　　要：目的探讨医学专业课全英语教学的有效方法.方法采用课前发放病历,课堂讲解病历摘要的教学方法,并对这一教学方法作相关问卷调查.结果绝大多数学生对此教学方法持肯定态度,取得了较好的教学效果.结论外科学全英语教学课前发放并课堂讲解病历摘要是一种较好的教学方法,有助于今后的医学全英语教学的开展.Objective To explore an effective method of teaching medical courses in English. Methods The authors used the teaching method of giving students English case abstracts before class and discussing and explaining them in class. Questionnaires were dis- tributed to students to investigate their opinions of the teaching method. Results A satisfactory teaching effect was achieved, and most of the students had positive attitudes towards this kind of teaching method. Conclusion It is an effective teaching method in English-only surgery teaching to deliver English case abstracts before class and discuss them in class, and it will be helpful for future teaching of medical courses in English.
