摘　　要：分析了苏荷现象和旧工业建筑更新利用状况,深入解析了苏荷生成过程中所自发形成的、更新改造旧工业建筑的苏荷模式,指出了苏荷模式对旧工业建筑更新利用的四点有益启示,最后,就苏荷的发展逻辑进行了总体评判。This paper analyzes the SOHO and the reuse of old industry building, and deeply explores the creation and application of SOHO mode in the reuse of old industry building, furthermore, it points out the four inspirations to the reuse of old industry building, at the end, a general judgment of the development logic of SOHO is given.
