摘　　要：根据本钢1700mm热连轧机组生产热轧产品的组织和性能特点,通过制定合理的化学成分和轧制工艺在C- Mn基础上加入微合金元素Nb,连轧采用控轧控冷工艺轧制,开发出系列汽车大梁扳,产品的力学性能和加工性能均满足相关标准和用户的使用要求,经济效益和社会效益显著。According to the features of microatructure and properties of the product produced by 1700mm process in BX steel ,steel plates and sheets for automobile frames have been developed by designing reasonable chemical compositions and establishing rational production process, on the basis of C-Mn ,adding micro-alloy Nb. TMCP technology have been used in continuous rolling plant. The mechanical and machining properties can meet the requirements of relevant standards and customers. Economic efficiency and Social efficiency are remarkable.
