摘 要:以泉麦3号为材料研究如何提高糯性鉴定后小麦种子成苗率,以提高小麦糯性育种的效率.结果表明,糯性鉴定后的小麦种子预先消毒,接种于消毒的培养基质上发芽出苗,再移栽至大田,是解决糯性鉴定后小麦种子大田直播成苗率低的有效途径,其出苗率显著高于大田直播,两者间的差异达极显著水平,且苗的移栽成活率几乎达到100%.培养基质既可以选择7 g.L-1琼脂培养基,也可以是消毒的纸杯土.A wheat variety, Quanmai No. 3, was used as material to explore a way to increase the seedling rate of wheat seeds after waxy identification, so as to enhance the waxy breeding efficiency of wheat. After waxy identification, wheat seeds were sterilized and cultured on sterilized substrates to germinate, then the seedlings were transplanted into the field. That was an effective way to solve the problem of low seedling rate of wheat seeds directly sown into the field after waxy identification. In this test the seedling rate of wheat seeds germinating on the substrates was obviously higher than that of wheat seeds directly sown into the field and the difference was extremely significant. The survival rate of transplanted seedlings was nearly 100%. The substrates could be 7g·L^-1 agar or sterilized soil in cups.
