摘  要:以抗真菌转基因水稻七转39、E90、E10及其相应非转基因水稻七丝软占为材料,通过温室模拟试验,评估了抗真菌转基因水稻对根际土壤细菌、放线菌、真菌数量的影响.结果表明:在水稻整个生长发育过程中,供试转基因水稻根际土壤细菌、放线菌、真菌数量与相应非转基因水稻相比未见明显差异,但与空白对照相比则显著或极显著增加;早稻根际土壤微生物数量均呈单峰变化趋势,细菌、放线菌的峰值出现在7月,真菌的峰值则出现在6月;晚稻根际土壤细菌数量9月相对较多,10、11月逐渐下降,放线菌、真菌数量的变化趋势与细菌类似.The transgenic fungus-resistant rice such as Qizhan 39, E90, E10, and corresponding non-transgenic rice such as Qisiruanzhan, were selected to assess their impacts on microbial populations in rhizospheric soils. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the amounts of cuhurable bacteria, actinomyces and fungi in rhizospherlc soil of transgenic fungusresistant rice and corresponding non-transgenic rice in different growing periods, but there were significant differences in the number of culturable microorganisms compared with control soil in the whole growing period. The seasonal dynamics of microbial biomass in early rice was a single peak curve, and the biggest value of the rhizospheric soil bacteria and actinomyces was found in July, the fungi were found in June. The number of bacteria in the rhizospherie soil of late rice reached a peak in September and then decreased gradually, and there were similar results for fungi and aetinomyees.
