摘　　要：住宅用通风换气机是一种新型的室内通风换气设备,其优点是改善室内空气品质、节约能源,但同时它在应用中也存在一些问题。本文介绍了住宅用通风换气机的工作原理和应用特点,分析了其在实际应用中出现的结霜、热回收方式的选择、调节风量等若干问题,并提出了相应的解决方案,使其能够更好的发挥特有的优势,开阔应用前景。The residential ventilator is a new indoor ventilation equipment, and it has many advantages which are improving the air quality indoor and energy conservation. But there are still some problems of it. The characteristic and principle of residential ventilator are introduced in this paper. Some questions about frosting, the mode of heat recovery, air controlling and so on are analyzed, and the solutions are presented which can broaden its application prospect.
