摘　　要：比较了国际国内传统的项目管理模式与Partnering模式,指出目前国内的项目管理模式存在的不足,并提出我国在若干项目实行Partnering新模式的可行性,并在借鉴国外成功做法的基础上提出了符合我国现阶段特征的改进和创新,提出两段式的创新Partnering模式。Trough the analysis of project management model at home and abroad, the opportunity and fundamental measures for bringing into Partnering system, the paper points out the malpractices of project management model in our country, poses an innovational two- stage Partnering model on the experience of other countries.
