摘 要:目的:葡萄糖酸亚铁糖浆溶液作为MRI口服胃肠道造影剂的可行性实验研究。材料和方法:以葡萄糖酸亚铁糖浆溶液为造影剂,行体外试验,分别在低场(0.2T)和高场(1.5T、3.0T)MRI,采用SE或FSE序列,横断面T1WI、PWI、T2WI扫描,所得图像与水作为造影剂时的图像进行对比研究。结果:以低浓度葡萄糖酸亚铁溶液作造影剂时,不论是低场还是高场MRI,在T1WI、PWI、T2WI上均呈现高信号,与水形成良好对比。结论:葡萄糖酸亚铁溶液可以作为MRI的口服胃肠道造影剂。Purpose: To study the feasibility of the ferrous gluconate solution as a positive gastrointestinal contrast agent of the upper abdomen. Material and Methods: Ferrous gluconate solution as contrast agent, the suitable concentration was tested in vitro. SE or FSE sequence was performed on axial TIWI, PWI, and T2WI in 0.2T, 1.5T and 3.0T MR scanner. The images were evaluated in compare with that of water. Results: Low concentration of ferrous gluconate solutions as contrast agent, the signals were high density on T1WI,PWI and T2WI in both low field and high field MR scanner, and had better comparisons with that of water. Conclusion: Ferrous gluconate solution could be used as oral contrast agent of the upper abdomen in MRI.
