摘　　要：目的:对比观察阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者于UPPP前后体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSHPX)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,探讨该类患者多器官功能损害、衰老加速的机制。方法:选择30例OSAHS患者(OSAHS组),采用化学比色法,分别于术前及术后1个月进行SOD、GSHPX活性和血清MDA含量检测,并以30例健康人为正常对照(对照组)。结果:OSAHS组患者术前SOD、GSHPX活性和血清MDA含量分别为(106.3±41.2)nmol/L、(61.8±6.5)kU/L(P<0.05)、(6.27±1.73)mmol/L与对照组(132.8±33.6)mmol/L、(66.7±7.2)kU/L、(1.28±0.53)mmol/L比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后含量分别为(128.5±33.1)nmol/L、(64.6±6.1)kU/L、(1.32±0.58)mmol/L,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:OSAHS患者体内存在严重的氧自由基代谢失衡,手术治疗后1个月可基本恢复正常,提示该类患者多器官功能的损害、衰老加速可能与氧自由基代谢失衡有关。Objective.. To explore the mechanism of multiple organ dysfunction in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS） by observing the change of SOD,GSH-PX and MDA after uvulopalatopharyngoplasty（UPPP）. Method.. Colorimetric method was used to examine both the activity of SOD, GSH-PX and the content of MDA before and one month after UPPP in 30 patients with OSAHS. Thirty healthy people were chosen as normal control. Result： Before UPPP, the activity of SOD, GSH-PX and the content of MDA were （106.3±41.2）nmol/L（compared with the control group, P d0.05）, （61.8±6.5）kU/L（ P 〈0.05）and（6.27± 1.73） mmol/L（ P 〈0.05）respectively; yet after the operation, the results were（128.5±33.1）nmol/L（compared with the control group, P 〉0.05）, （64.6±6.1）kU/L（ P 〉0.05）and （1.32±0. 58）mmol/L（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion..The metabolism of oxygen free radical was badly imbalanced in patients with OSAHS, yet one month after UPPP, it was recovered to normal. This suggested that the metabolism imbalance of oxygen free radical was contributed to multiple organ dysfunction in such patients.
