中西医结合介入综合治疗早中期股骨头缺血坏死

摘　　要：目的探讨早、中期股骨头缺血坏死中西医结合介入综合治疗的方法和疗效。方法对38髋早、中期股骨头缺血坏死患者,采用股骨头供血血管灌注中西药物组合,同时外敷消定膏,内服损伤散,辅以功能操进行髋关节功能锻炼等综合治疗。结果Ⅰ期6髋治疗后核缺损恢复正常;Ⅱ期32髋治疗后坏死囊变区消失或减少,新骨填充。结论中西医结合介入综合治疗早、中期股骨头缺血坏死效果良好。Objective To investigate the treatment and effect of early and medium stage avascular femoral head necrosis, with combination of TCM with Western medicine intervention. Methods 38 cases with early and medium stage avascular femoral head necrosis were undergone intravascular perfusion by TCM and Western medicine and external and internal use of TCM. Hip function exercises were trained. Results In 6 cases of stage Ⅰ , the core defect recovered normally; In 32 cases of stage Ⅱ , the cystic lesions disappeared or reduced with new bone formation. Conclusions It can provide good result in the treatment of early and medium stage avascular femoral head necrosis with combination of TCM with Western medicine intervention.
