摘　　要：目的 探讨介入和髓芯减压、坏死区域掏空植骨治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效.方法 对57例患者采用介入和髓芯减压、坏死区域掏空植骨.结果 57例经1～4.5年（平均2.9年）随访,效果满意.结论 该方法损伤小,操作简便,是治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的有效方法.Objective To study the effect of intervention, core decompression, sequestrum evacuation and bone grafting for the treatment of femoral head avascular necrosis. Methods 57 cases were treated with intervention, core decompression, sequestrum evacuation and bone grafting. Results 57 cases were followed up for 1 - 4. 5 years, 2. 9 on average. The effect was satisfied. Conclusions This method requires minimal trauma and simple manipulation, and is effective in the treatment of femoral head avascular necrosis.
