摘  要:介绍了巨龙钢管有限公司大口径直缝钢管生产线低压无功补偿系统的设计和技术选型。实践表明,通过对低压电网进行无功功率补偿,既可减少电费支出,又能明显提高低压电网的供电质量,同时也可提高钢管生产的稳定性。Described here in the paper is the low-voltage reactive power compensator as used to the largesized straight welded pipe production line located at Julong Steel Tube Co., Ltd., focusing on the design and type selection. The successful operation of the said compensator leads to the conclusion that reactive power compensation to the low-voltage electric network can not only reduce the cost for power consumption, but also considerably improve the power supply quality of the network and the consistency of tube production as well.
