摘  要:胜利油田河口采油厂采用特殊的1140V输电线路,整条输电线路无完善的防雷措施,在雷雨季节经常遭受雷害的袭击,给生产带来严重的影响。开发的1140V线路型串联型间隙避雷器及1140V电机用无间隙避雷器,依据1140V系统的运行状况,确定了两产品的相关技术参数,均采用一次模压成型,用复合外套材料作外绝缘,其击穿强度不小于25kV/mm;介质损耗正切值不大于0.5%,耐漏电起痕及耐电蚀损性能达到TMA4.5级,憎水性等级为HC1,线路型串联间隙避雷器的间隙距离为40mm~60mm。两产品已于2005年6月挂网试运行,并经受了整个雷雨季节的考验,取得了良好效果。A specific transmission line of 1140 V without well lightning protection has been built at Hekou oil extracting works of Shengli oil field, which frequently suffered from lightning strikes during the thunder season, causing serious trouble to production. To this end, a line type MOA with series gap and machine type MOA without gaps for 1140V were developed and relevant technical parameters determined. Polymeric material served as external insulation, having dielectric strength of 25 kV/mm, dielectric loss not more than 0.5%, tracking and erosion resisting capability of TMA 4.5 class, and hydrophobicity of HC1 class. The gap space of line MOA was 40mm- 60mm. Two MOA have out in trial service since June of 2005, working well during whole thunder season.
