摘　　要：人工气道是重要的抢救治疗措施,人工气道的建立和科学的管理是患者重要脏器的功能保障和救治能否取得成功的重要环节。近年来,国外人工气道的管理在环境要求、呼吸机管路系统的消毒、气道的湿化、吸痰的时机及方法、气囊的压力及导管的安全等方面取得了新的进展。Artificial airway is an important therapeutic measure for emergency, establishment of artificial airway and scientific management is a key link relating to keeping the function of important organs and the first aid. Recently, the management of artificial airway had made new advancement in the world, such as environment requisition, degerming breathing machine, airway humidification, opportunity and method of aspirating sputum.
