深圳市社区卫生服务机构基础配置分析

摘　　要：目的探讨社区卫生服务机构基本设置对完成社区卫生服务功能的影响。方法采取描述性方法分析社区卫生服务机构的房屋面积、科室布局、仪器设备等基本情况。结果深圳市社区卫生服务机构建筑面积平均为300m2左右,科室设置较为合理,基本具备了开展业务所需的仪器设备。结论深圳市社区卫生服务基础配置是满足准入标准的,建筑面积、科室设置和设备基本可以满足社区卫生服务功能的实现。Objective To explore basic configurations of community health service organizations （CHSOs） influence on function realization of community health services. Methods Building area, department layout and medical equipments of CHSOs were analyzed by employed descriptive methods, Results Average area of per CHSOs is about 300 m2 , department lay- out is rational, and per CHSOs was provided with equipments needed in health services. Conclusion Basic configurations of CHSOs in Shenzhen reach community health services admittance standard, and building, departments and equipments of CHSOs may realize basically function of community health services.
