摘　　要：目的评价在社区综合防治高血压中建立健康档案的效果。方法在西沽社区卫生服务中心辖区内的5个新建社区中,随机抽取402名高血压患者进行1年的观察,比较建档前、后血压的变化及医疗费用的变化。结果建档前、后血压控制情况及医疗费用情况间差异均有显著性意义(P<0·01)。结论健康档案在高血压社区管理效果评价中起着至关重要的作用。Objective To evaluate the effects of established health records on synthetic management for hypertension in community health services centers of Xign region. Methods Totally 402 patients with hypertension, who come from the five new established communities of Xign region, were randomly selected for observation of one year duration. The changes of blood pressure, and medical expenses before and after the establishment of health records were observed. Results A significant differ- ence was found in both blood pressure control and medical expense before and after the establishment of health records （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The healthy records play a very important role in hypertension management in community healthy service.
