摘　　要：分析了传统单一C/S结构的不足以及新型N层B/S结构的优越性,阐述了基于W eb技术的网络管理是未来网络管理的发展趋势,结合现代软件开发中的软件复用理论,提出并设计实现了一种基于COM技术与N层B/S结构的SNMP网管系统模型,着重叙述了该系统中所使用的关键技术与设计要点。This paper analyzes the disadvantages of traditional pure C/S structure and the advantages of new N-level B/S structure, expatiates that the network management based on Web is the development trend of the network management in future, takes the software reuse techniques in software development nowadays into account, brings forward and accomplishes a kind of new SNMP network management system model based on COM and N-level B/S structure, and gives the details of the key techniques and points of design that are used in this system.
