摘　　要：大学“双休日”工时制的实行,使在校学生休息时间增多了,给健身锻炼及校园体育活动开辟了广阔的空间。本文就如何策划管理好“双休日”大学校园体育活动,教会学生合理安排余暇时的运动技能等问题,提出了一些方法和建议。The implementation of two--day weekend system provides the students more spare time and offers them wider space for sports activities. Some methods and suggestions are put forth on how to manage well sports activities on campus at two-day weekend and teach studcnts skills of reasonably arranging their spare time.
