摘  要:研究了重组人白细胞介素(rIL-1β、rIL-6)对ICR小鼠体外早期胚胎发育的影响。结果表明:(1)培养液中rIL-1β浓度为4、10、100IU/ml时,对胚胎的发育无明显影响;(2)rIL-6在浓度4、10IU/ml时,对胚胎的发育无明显影响;当浓度为100IU/ml时,则对胚胎的发育有明显抑制作用及毒性作用。结果提示:IL-6在高浓度时对胚胎具有直接毒性作用。The purpose of the study was to investigate whether the human recombinant interleukins(rIL-1β、rIL-6) had a direct action on the development of early embryos. The experiments were done in ICR mouse. The results revealed:(1)rIL-1β had no effects on the early embryogenesis of mouse in vitro at the concentration of 4,10 and 100IU/ml respectively. (2)the development of embryos was significantly suppressed by adding the rIL-6 to the media at a concentration of 100IU/ml, at the same time,the embryotoxcity was clearly observed. These results suggest that IL-6 may have the effect of direct embryo toxcity at a high concentration.
