摘　　要：通过分析国内外知名企业技术创新的成功实践,总结说明技术创新的正确思路、途径和管理办法,指出做好技术创新成果社会化并转化为商品是促进中国现代化进程的重要途径。Through analysis of the reputed concerns regarding their successful tech-innovation, some suggestions are given as to proper train of thought in tech-innovation, access to and management of tech-innovation. Socialized and commercialized tech-innovation is important to China modernization progress.
