摘　　要：在考察科技全球化缘起的基础上,对其内涵进行了界定。结合科技指标体系的研究思路,对科技全球化的衡量指标进行了归类,对各类指标在科技全球化指标体系形成中的作用予以了分析,并力图建立一套度量科技全球化的指标体系。基于以上研究,探讨了科技全球化指标体系的建立对于我国科技政策制定的重大意义,并对我国科技发展全球化水平进行了初步评价。Based on reviewing the cause of the globalization,this article is focused on its connotation.Combining with the research of science and technology system,this article classified the science and technology globalization＇s index,analyzed the function of different kinds of the index,and tried to set up an index system to measure science and technology globalization.Then from above research,this article analyzed the function of the science and technology globalization＇s index system in our national science and technology policy making and appraised our national science and technology development.
