摘　　要：通过对项目管理的特点及传统的城市规划管理模式的分析,阐述了项目管理方法用于城市规划管理的可行性和必要性,并给出了城市规划项目的管理模型。The article is researching for the projects approach in tile city-planning management. By using project management tools,techniques and processes,this paper introduces a conceptual framework for city-planning management. Furthermore ,it also discusses the essential elements of project management in city-planning management.
