口服抗高血压药的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解口服抗高血压药的药物利用情况。方法对2004年我院消耗的抗高血压药物及分类药物的用药金额、用药频度、日，均费用及合理性进行分析。结果用药频率居前列的主要为氯沙坦钾（科素亚）、福辛普利钠（蒙诺）、酒石酸美托洛尔（倍他乐克）；钙离子拈抗剂类销售金额和用药频度均位于第1位；药物利用指数（DUI）基本合理。结论我院在口服抗高血压药应用上基本合理。Objective To understand the information about the use of anti-hypertension drugs in our hospital. Method The total cost and the frequency of drugs used and the cost per day were analysed from 1 Jan 2004 to 31 Dec 2004 about the drugs of anti-hypertension in our hospital. Results The frequency of drugs used from high to low were Kesuya, Fosinopril and Betaloc respectively. Both the cost and frequency of the drugs of anti Ca^＋ were in the first. DUI was reasonable. Conclusion it is used reasonably that the drugs of anti-hypertension by oral had used in our hospital from 1 Jan 2004 to 31 Dee 2004.
