论个性化大学文化的构建

摘　　要：随着高等教育的日益普及,大学文化作为高等学校竞争力中一个重要因素已受到越来越多的关注,建构什么样的大学文化以及怎样建构,已成为我国高等学校迫切需要解决的问题。本文在简要综述大学文化内涵的基础上,分析了高等学校建构个性化大学文化的必要性,并对如何建构个性化大学文化提出了建议。With the increasing popularity of higher education, university culture, as one of the important factors in the competitive forces of higher learning institution, is getting more and more focus. What kind of university culture to be constructed and how to construct it has become a problem to be solved urgently in the higher learning institution in China. On the basis of outlining the university culture content, the paper analyses the necessity of construcing individualized university culture in the universities and makes suggestions n how to construct the individualized university culture.
