摘　　要：介绍了Superpol毛圈经编机的机器配置和工艺参数。采用23.3tex/72(f210D/72f)锦纶和16.7tex/144(f150D/144f)涤锦复合超细纤维编织了一款超细纤维洁净布,列出了其编织工艺单,并对这种洁净布的性能进行了分析。比较了Superpol毛圈经编机和FBZ毛圈经编机编织该织物的优缺点。This paper introduces the configuration and technological parameters of the Superpol terry warp knitting machine. One type of ultra-fine fiber knitted cleaning cloth is produced using two kinds of yarns, i.e., nylon yarn of 23.3 tex/72f(210 D/72 f) and polyester/nylon blended yarn of 16.7 tex/144 f(150 D/144 f). This paper lists its knitting worksheet and describes its properties. In addition, comparisons are made between the Superpol terry warp knitting machine and the FBZ terry warp knitting machine in terms of kitting of this kind of cleaning cloth.
