摘　　要：目的:通过镇咳、祛痰、平喘实验,观察喘灵Ⅰ号的药效学。方法:分别以豚鼠引喘、小鼠浓氨水引咳、小鼠祛痰为动物模型,灌胃给予不同剂量的喘灵Ⅰ号,分别观察治疗后动物模型的引喘潜伏期、咳嗽潜伏期和咳嗽次数、酚红排泌量。结果:喘灵Ⅰ号可使引喘潜伏期延长,咳嗽次数减少,酚红排泌量增加。结论:喘灵Ⅰ号具有化痰、止咳、平喘的作用。Object： To observe the pharmodynamics of the chuanling Ⅰ in guinea pig and mice. Method： Patent period and times of cough were measured in animals through gastric injection with different dosage of chuanling Ⅰ. Result： Chuanling Ⅰ may lead to elongation of cough-induced patent period, reduction of cough times and increasing of phenol red secretion volume. Conclusion： Chuanling Ⅰ has the antitussive, expectorant and antasthmatic effect.
