激光治疗下肢静脉曲张110例

摘　　要：目的:评价激光治疗下肢静脉曲张的安全性和疗效。方法:2004年3月至2005年6月对下肢静脉曲张患者110例(126肢)行激光治疗术,观察术后效果。结果:110例手术疗效满意,经过1至14个月(平均6个月)的随访,所有患者的曲张静脉均闭塞,除了9例下肢静脉炎外,余无并发症发生,亦无复发。结论:激光治疗下肢静脉曲张是一种安全、有效、微创的治疗方法。Objective： To evaltate the effects of endovenous laser treatment （EVLT） on varicose in lower extremities, Methods： All 126 limbs in 110 patients with varicose in lower extremities were treated with EVLT. Results： All patients were followed up 1-14 months（ mean 6, 25 months）, The result was satisfactied, other complication was not observed except phlebitis of lower extremities in 9 cases, Conclusions： EVLT is new treatment of varicose in lower extremities with advantage of safety, effectiveness and minimal-invasiveness.
