摘　　要：通过对推铅球技术的演变过程和动作技术的力学分析与研究发现:现代推铅球技术的“出手角度”,往往低于传统的理论角度(38-°42°);“出手速度”是影响铅球成绩最重要的因素,在一定范围内出手角度对其影响不大。只有重视出手速度的教学与训练,才能优化提高掷铅球的成绩。Through the research of the developing process of the shot putting skill and the analysis of the movement skill, the paper shows. ＂the release angle＂ of the modern shot put skill is always lower than the traditional theory angle （38° - 42°） ; ＂the putting speed＂ is the most important factor which affect the shot put result, the release angle will not affect it in some degree. Only pay attention on the teaching and training of ＂the release speed＂ can optimize and promote the shot put results.
