摘　　要：静压高强预制管桩在软土地基中施工由于挤土效应对临近建筑物会产生影响。通过工程实例分析,说明采取合理的工程措施以及完善的动态监测手段,可确保施工的顺利实施。The construction of pressed PHC column pile will affect surrounding buildings because of soilcompacting effect. In this article, authors demonstrate by real projects that the construction will favoring if reasonable construction measures and flawless monitoring methods are taken.
