发达国家农村社会养老保险制度及其启示

摘　　要：世界上许多国家,尤其是发达国家都建立了较为完善的农村社会养老保险制度,积累了丰富的经验,对我国具有重要的借鉴意义。文章概括介绍了德国、法国和日本农村社会养老保险的经验,以此为借鉴,结合我国的实际,主要从三个方面提出创新我国农村社会养老保险制度的途径。Many countries, especially developed countries have established mature countryside society old-age insurance system, accumulated rich experience, which are important references to our country. The article summaries experiences of countryside society old-age insurance in German, French and Japanese, proposes approaches to improve our country countryside society old-age insurance system mainly from three aspects by investigating the status of our country and the experience of developed countries.
