摘　　要：研究目的:利用GIS技术建立耕地整理潜力评价信息系统,为土地整理工作中提高耕地整理潜力评价的质量、效率和辅助日常管理服务。研究方法:综合分析法与实证法。研究结果:提出了中国基于GIS的耕地整理潜力评价的目标、结构和功能设计等有关内容。研究结论:随着耕地整理潜力评价工作的深入,应不断完善耕地整理潜力评价系统。The purpose of the paper is to set up the information system of arable land readjustment potential evaluation which can help to achieve scientific and efficient land management. Method of comprehensive analysis and case study were employed. The objective, structure and function design are proposed based on GIS. Researches on the system of arable land readjustment potential evaluation shall be improved.
