摘　　要：目的制订核与放射突发事件医学救援小分队行动导则。方法以国内外核与放射突发事件医学应急准备与响应的经验和教训为基础,参考国际原子能机构相关报告和建议。结果提出了对核与放射突发事件医学救援小分队职责任务、应急准备、现场救援原则与程序、应急防护行动的基本要求和实用建议。结论本导则可用于指导核与放射突发事件医学救援小分队组建、实施有效的医学应急准备和响应。Objective To study the action guidelines for medical support team for nuclear and radiological emergency. Methods It is based on the experience and lessons learned in the course of meeting the emergencies preparedness and response of nuclear and radiological emergencies in China and abroad with the reference of the relevant reports of International Atomic Energy Agency. Results Essential requirements and practical recommendations for the roles, responsibilities, emergency preparedness, principles and procedures of medical assistance at the scene, as well as the radiological protection of medical support team were provided. Conclusion The document mentioned above can be applied to direct the establishment, effective medical preparedness and response of the medical support team for nuclear and radiological emergency.
