摘  要:目的用旋光法测定复方甘露醇注射液中葡萄糖和甘露醇的含量。方法先直接取样测定复方甘露醇注射液的旋光度α1,再加硼砂与复方甘露醇注射液作用后测定旋光度α2,所得数据经二元线性回归,求葡萄糖、甘露醇浓度与旋光度α1,α2的线性关系,从而计算出二者含量。结果葡萄糖、甘露醇浓度在标示量±20%的范围内,与旋光度α1,α2呈良好的线性关系(r1=0.9998,r2=0.9979);葡萄糖的平均回收率为100.6%,RSD≤0.11%;甘露醇的平均回收率为100.5%,RSD≤0.97%。结论旋光法所需仪器普通、操作简便,结果准确可靠、重现性好。Objective To determine the content of glucose and mannitol in compound mannitol injection by polarimetry. Methods To directly detect the optical rotatory degree α1 of compound manatol injection by polarimetry, then to get the optical rotatory degree α2 after adding borax to mannitol injection. The binary regression equation was set up to calculate the content of glucose and mannitol, and linear relationship of α1 and α2. Results The calibration curves of glucose and mannitol were good linear relationship in 80% to 120% of the labeled amount of them(r1 =0,999 8, r2=0.997 9).The average recovery rates of glucose and mannitol were 100,6% (RSD≤0. 11%, n=3) and 100, 5% (RSD ≤0. 97%, n = 3), respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and suitable for the determination of compound mannitol injection. It can be used for quality control this preparation.
