摘  要:将透光脉动检测技术应用于过滤过程中的颗粒物质监测,提出以脉动检测值作为过滤效果和滤后水颗粒的评价指标,并通过进行连续过滤试验考察其可行性.结果表明在过滤过程的监测中,脉动检测值R可灵敏地反映出过滤中颗粒粒径的变化情况,与浊度检测法相比,具有更高的灵敏度和更好的预测性,是一种全新的滤后水水质监测手段.Transmitted light fluctuation monitoring technique is applied to monitor particle matters of filtration process, according to the case that filtration process is mainly monitored by manual observation or turbidity measurement at present. The index of the R value is advanced to evaluate filtration effectiveness and particle matters in filtered water. The feasibility is studied by continuous filtration experiments. The results showed that the varying states of particle size can be sensitively indicated from the R value during filtration process. It is a fully new method of filtered water quality with higher sensitivity and better prediction, compared with turbidity monitoring method.
