摘　　要：在阐述生物农药与微生物肥重要性的基础上,概述了黑龙江省生物农药与微生物肥的发展现状,并指出了目前存在的生产、营销和服务指导体系滞后等问题,特别指出了做好产业规划、实施品牌战略、加强对农户和企业员工的知识培训等对策.On the foundation of biological agriculture chemicals and importance of microorganism fertilizers, this paper discusses the developing situation in Heilongjiang Province biological agricultural chemicals and the microorganism fertilizers, and pointes out the problem of production, marketing and service instruction system, especially the countermeasure of the industrial plan, implementation brand strategy, strengthens to peasant household and enterprise staff＇s countermeasure and knowledge training.
