摘  要:目的研究脉红螺、隔贻贝、角蝾螺、福氏玉螺、纵条肌海葵5种海洋动物粗多糖对体外小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化率和大鼠睾丸支持细胞增殖率的作用。方法5种粗多糖分别以100,1 000 mg.L-1两个浓度组,体外对小鼠脾淋巴细胞和大鼠睾丸支细胞作用72 h后,用MTT法对小鼠脾淋巴细胞的转化率和大鼠睾丸支持细胞的增殖率进行测定。结果角蝾螺(P<0.05),玉螺(低浓度组P<0.05;高浓度组P<0.001)、海葵(P<0.001)多糖能显著提高小鼠的脾淋巴细胞转化率和大鼠睾丸支持细胞的增殖率。结论角蝾螺、玉螺、海葵粗多糖有促进体外小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化和大鼠睾丸支持细胞增殖的作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of crude polysaccharides which were extracted from Rapana venosa,Septifer bilocularis, Tur bo comutus ,Naticafortunei and Haliplanella luciae on the transformation rate of mouse lymphocytes and the multiplication rate of rat stertoli cells in vitro. METHODS The transformation rate of mouse lyraphocytes and the muhiplication rate of rat stertoli cells in vitro were tested with MTT method after the cells were cultured with 100 and 1 000mg·kg^-1 polysaccharides from five kinds of marine animals respectively. RESULTS The results showed that the polysaccharides from Turbo cornutus (P 〈 0.05), Natica fortunei (low concentration group P 〈 0.05 ; high concentration group P 〈 0.001 ), Haliplanella luciae ( P 〈 0.001 ) apparently enhanced the transformation rate of mouse lymphocytes and the multiplication rate of rat stertoli ceils in vitro. CONCLUSION The crude polysaccharides from Natica fortunei, Haliplanella luciae and Turbo comutus can enhance the transformation rate of mouse lymphocytes and the multiplication rate of rat stertoli cells in vitro.
