摘　　要：为了简便快速地集成企业之间的供应链管理系统,对企业供应链中的物流、资金流和信息流及企业供应链管理进行了分析,并对供应链管理的动态性和复杂性做了深入论述,提出了基于Web服务的动态企业供应链集成解决方案．该方案具有松散耦合、服务接口公开、服务接口智能发现、通信采用开放标准等特点．并实现了供应链管理系统的采购管理、销售管理、库存管理、系统管理等功能．In order to integrate supply chain management systems simply and conveniently among enterprises, this paper analyzes the logistics, the information flow, and the fund flow in supply chain and supply chain management, and makes a deep research on the complexity and dynamic essence of the supply chain. A solu- tion based on the framework of Web Services is presented. This solution is characterized by the functions of loose coupling, service port openness and intelligent discovery, communication based on public standard etc. Finally, the purchase management, sale management, storage management and system management function models of the supply chain management system are realized.
