摘  要:以新疆伊犁地区为例,采用国家环境监测总站2003年颁布的《生态环境质量评价方法》,首次探讨利用RS/GIS技术,运用Grid叠加运算进行生态环境质量综合评价的方法,实现生态环境质量指数与具体生态区域地理位置的一一对应,从而力求使评价的数据处理简单易行,也使评价结果一方面有助于从宏观上了解区域生态状况;另一方面也为局部的生态治理提供依据。研究结果表明:伊犁地区生态环境质量总体属于良好水平,表现为:水及其他水资源量较丰富;植被覆盖度处于较高水平;水域、湿地面积较广;不存在明显的耕地退化现象。Taking Yili Prefecture Xinjiang as example, the article adopts 《Ecological Environment Quality Evaluation Method》 issued by National Monitoring General Centre in 2003, approaches and utilizes RS/GIS technology for the first time, carries on ecological environment quality comprehensive evaluation method with Grid superposition calculation, realizes ecological environment quality index corresponding with exact ecological reginal geographical position, so makes the evaluated date handling easily and simply, on the one hand it makes evaluation result help to know regional ecological status in macrocosm and on the other local ecological harnessing. The research result showes that generally the ecological environment quality of Yili prefecture belongs to better level. That displays in Yili Prefecture there are richer in water and other water resources, vegetation coverage is at higher level, area of waters, nunja are vaster and there is not dear cultivated land becoming deteriorated appearance.
