摘　　要：首先在硬件方面介绍了以太网控制器RTL8019AS工作原理,然后给出了硬件设计图;在软件设计中,研究了TCP/IP协议,并完成了在单片机的控制下,对RTL8019AS的复位、初始化、发送数据和接收数据的编程。In the hardware design, this paper introduces the working principle of Ethernet controller- RTLS019AS. And the design drawing by Prote199 is presented. In the software design, the RTL8019AS＇s reset subprogram, initializing subprogram, the sending data and receiving data are finished in the control of MCU by the TCP/IP protocol.
