超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术的临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术（DG—HAL）治疗痔的临床应用价值，采用超声多普勒痔疮诊断仪对31例痔病进行痔动脉结扎治疗，治愈20例（64．5％），出血症状消失率达96.9％，脱出症状消失率达52.6％。结果表明，DG—HAL是一项微创外科手术，治疗痔病具有安全、有效、疼痛轻、并发症少等优点。Doppler-guided hemorrhoid artery ligation（DG-HAL） was applied clinically to treat 31 cases with hemorrhoidal diseases for the objective of probing into its clinical value. As results, 20 were cured （64.5%）,the hemorrhage absence rate was 96.9%,and the prolapse disappearance rate was 52.6%. It is suggested that DG-HAL is a microsurgery and has the strong points of safer in manipulation,more effective in therapeutic results, less in pain and fewer in complications.
