摘　　要：采用主管切除加部分支管切除缝合或对口引流术治疗复杂性肛瘘96例，均一次性治愈，平均愈合时间22d，随访半年至1年未复发。结果表明，主管切除加部分支管切除缝合或对口引流术治疗复杂性肛瘘，具有治愈率高、痛苦小、疗程短、损伤小、无畸形等优点。Resection of the main anal fistula plus resection ＆ suture or contra-drainage of partial branch fistulae was applied in the treatment of 96 cases with complicated anal fistulae. As results, all the cases were cured primarily,the average healing period of time was 22 days,and no relapse was found during the follow-up of 0.5-1 year. It is revealed that the procedure is of many strong points,including better cure rate, less pain, shorter treatment course, less lession, no malformation.
