切开旷置挂线术治疗复杂性肛瘘33例

摘　　要：以切开旷置挂线术治疗复杂性肛瘘33例，全部治愈，肛门功能良好，疗程15～42d，平均26.5d，术后随访6个月至2年，未见复发。结果表明，切开旷置挂线术治疗复杂性肛瘘具有一定优越性。Incision,remaining and thread-drawing were applied in the treatment of 33 patients with complicated anal fistula. Results showed that all the cases were cured, the anal function was good, the treatment course was 15-42 days（26.5 days in average） ,and postoperative follow-up of 0.5-2 years found no relapse. It is revealed that this surgical procedure has certain stronger points.
