摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高和人们对环境的日益重视,越来越多的住宅小区开始注重环境和景观设计,但由于多种原因,城市住区景观环境普遍缺少特色,更欠缺文化氛围。该文通过对城市住区景观环境特色营建的重要性及特色形成影响要素的分析研究,提出了地域文化是城市住区景观环境特色营建的重要的创作源泉,并提出了对地域文化的研究要采用“广义地域主义“的创作观念。In landscape environment design of residential areas in a city, embodiment of characteristics and cultural atmosphere is an important issue. In the paper, the importance of building of characteristics of landscape environment in residential areas in a city is discussed, and the essential factors of characteristics creating are analyzed. It is considered that the regional culture is an important creation source of the building of characteristics of landscape environment in residential areas in a city, and that the theory of generalized regionalism should be insisted on in the research on regional culture.
