摘　　要：大动脉炎(TA)是指主动脉及其主要分支的慢性进行性非特异性炎性疾病,根据侵及血管部位不同,临床表现各异,在治疗上应全面分析,根据患者的病变位置、临床活动情况及影响脏器功能情况,选择一种或多种方案,应抓住时机实施治疗。Takayasu arteritis（TA） is a chronic, progressive nonspecific inflammation disease in aortic and its main branch. On the basis of affected area of the disease, the clinical manifestation may be different, h is needed to select a therapeutic protocol according to the pathological changes and clinical menifestations.
