摘　　要：介绍了三峡库区万州过江公用(给水、燃气)隧道输水管工程方案,并针对工程安全可靠性在管材选用、管道防腐和加固等方面提出了技术处理措施。作为长江上首个过江公用隧道工程,建成两年多来运行效果良好,为供水企业节省了大量的建设投资和运行管理费用,确保了万州五桥移民新区的正常供水。Technical and economical comparison on the Wanzhou public tunnel （for installation of both municipal water and gas transportation pipelines） across Yangtse River in the Wanzhou section of the Three Gorges Reservoir Region was done and concluded that the implementation method of this project is low investment and operational expense. Technical proposes on safety and reliability of this project, especially in the field of pipe material selection and pipe treatment measures such as anti-corrosion and fastening were submitted. Since this project has been constructed in two years ago, it runs normally with fair results. A lot of construction investment and operating expense are saved for water supply enterprise, simultaneously the normal water supply to Wuqiao immigrant area in Wanzhou ensured.
