摘　　要：北京数码大厦是一座多功能、综合性的超高层建筑。基础设计采用了平板式筏板基础,沉降满足规范要求。上部结构采用了框架-核心筒结构体系。通过调整构件截面,使结构两个方向的刚度基本均匀。结构分析表明,结构的周期、位移以及承载力均满足规范要求。总结了结构设计中采取的构造措施,可供类似工程参考。Beijing Digital Mansion is a multi-function and all-around super high-rise building. The flat raft basement is adopted in the foundation design, and the settlement meets the requirement of the code. The frame core-tube system is applied in the upper structure. By adjusting the sections of members, the rigidities of two directions are uniform basically. The structural analysis shows that the response period, displacement and bearing capacity satisfy the demand of the code. The details of the seismic design are concluded, which can be referred in similar engineering.
