摘　　要：富凯大厦是一座综合性的高档写字楼。根据工程场地条件,设计采用了平板式筏形基础。上部抗侧力结构为框架-核心筒体系。为满足净高要求,工程楼盖结构采用了井字梁体系。中庭连接两侧塔楼,受力复杂,采用了框架-剪力墙结构体系,并采取了相应的加强措施。结构计算分析表明,变形与承载力均满足要求。Fukai mansion is a top grade lettering building. The fiat raft foundation is adopted in design according to the ground condition. The frame core-tube system is used in the upper structure. The hi-direction beam and floor system is applied to meet the neat layer height requirement. The atrium connects two towers at both sides, and the bearing character is complex. So the frame-shear wall structural system is used, and some strengthening methods are applied. The structural analysis results show that the deformation and bearing capacity meet the requirement.
